SALEM, Mass. - The Salem State baseball team capped off its regular season by splitting a doubleheader against Westfield State by taking the first game, 4-3, but unfortunately dropping the second, 7-6, Saturday afternoon. Before the contest, the Vikings honored their five seniors on senior day. Athletics Shatters Viking Warrior Day Record

SALEM, Mass. - Behind the generous support of 363 donors, Salem State University Athletics raised $31,132 during the annual 1,854-minute Viking Warrior Day campaign, setting a new program record for dollars raised in the nine-year history of the event. The University as a whole raised $188,832 with 743 donors, with Athletics accounting for nearly 48 percent of the total donors to the campaign.
