In his first season as Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach, Coach Wilcox led the Vikings to 9-8 regular season record and a 5th place finish in the MASCAC conference.  The team set many all-time program records during the turnaround from a 2-13 record in 2024.

Prior to SSU, Wilcox was the first-ever assistant coach of the Suffolk University women's lacrosse program. Additionally, Wilcox was the head girls lacrosse coach at East Catholic High School in Manchester, CT, compiling a 75-37-1 record, which included a trip to the 2018 Connecticut Class S State Championship.
