Flag Football

Flag Football is a noncontact program designed for the camper who wants to learn fundamentals while experiencing the enjoyment of playing flag football. Counselors will work with campers to develop the proper techniques to throw and catch a football. In addition, campers will work on team defensive skills from blitzing against the pass rush to playing it safe. On offense, players learn how to create their own plays under the guidance of the coaches, both during a game and in the slower-paced environment of the morning sessions. The day concludes with a 7-on-7 game to incorporate the skills learned.
